in property management, mortgage and construction with more
than $125 million in revenue and growing in excess of 200%
annually has implemented Microsoft Dynamics AX to provide

company, business to business construction, property management,
title services and other related services, the customer
was operating on Quickbooks having opened their doors only
a year and a half earlier. They quickly outgrew their system
and their business needs had surpassed the functionality

that would support them now and in the future.
The customer's vision was to find a safe harbor on a proven
core financials environment, integrated with a solution
for property management that could handle their rigorous
financial requirements.
The company proceeded with evaluating 5 viable competing
products including Microsoft Dynamics AX and a JD Edwards
solution. Key factors in determining the best solution included
flexibility of the application, solid core financials to
support complex allocations and consolidation requirements,
a team oriented partner, and software company stability.
InterDyn and Microsoft Dynamics AX solved the company's
