Account Executive
Position Summary
We are looking for experienced sales executives to join our growing company. This is a quota driven position that focuses on finding new opportunities in both the corporate sector and the small business sector. Responsibilities include selling the opportunity, managing customer expectations with clarity & integrity, establishing and managing to ROI, developing strategic partnerships with clients by delivering exceptional value, ensuring communication with customers is friendly, timely and professional at all times and having the ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced, changing work environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Sell to CXO / Sr. Executives to exceed revenue goals and quota responsibility.
- Manage entire sales process, including lead generation, solution selling, proposal submission, contract negotiations.
Education, Training and Experience Required
- Proven success in ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence enterprise sales.
- Demonstrated ability to sell integrated software solutions and professional services to SMB Market.Consistently exceeded quota and revenue goals.
- Deep domain experience in a chosen vertical(s).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and competing products.
- Selling software and services solutions for a software manufacturer through a partner channel/VAR, e.g., Microsoft, Sage, SAP, Epicor, IFS.
- High-energy personality with the ability to thrive in a hard-working environment.
- Limited overnight travel is expected.
Certificates, Licenses and Registrations Preferred
- Hunter mentality with a 24/7 approach.
- Requires self-initiated lead-generation.
- Takes a structured and well-disciplined approach using Microsoft CRM to document and communicate sales and business development.
- Articulate and persuasive oral and written communication skills.
- Strong desire for a performance based compensation with no cap.
