Statement of Administrative Policies 

Registration Policy

Program seats will be granted by the order of registration. A confirmation notice will be sent to registrants upon completion of the registration process. Registrations must be secured by payment of credit card or check.

Refund Policy

Up to two weeks prior to the scheduled course date, 100% of the program fee will be refunded. Less than two weeks prior to the start date cancellations and/or transfers will result in a 25% penalty fee. The penalty fee will be charged to the applicant's credit card.

Program Cancellation

InterDyn Artis assumes no responsibility for non-refundable airline tickets or other expenses that may be incurred due to program cancellation.   Classes are subject to cancellation by InterDyn - Artis if a minimum of two students are not registered by the deadline. Cancellations by InterDyn - Artis will be made two weeks prior to the start date of the class. If a class is cancelled, course fees will be refunded. If you cancel your confirmed attendance:

  • Up to two weeks prior to the start date of the course, 100% of the course fee will be refunded.
  • Less than two weeks prior to the start date of the course, 75% of the course fee will be refunded (the penalty will still be applied if you transfer to another course).
  • Failure to attend a class without notifying the InterDyn - Artis prior to the start date of the course will be considered a 'no show' and the entire course fee will be forfeited.
