What time does training start?
Class times typically runs 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. There is a one-hour lunch break around noon and two short breaks throughout the day.
What do I wear?
Most people wear "business casual" clothes. Suits and dresses are not usually worn. It is a good idea to bring a sweater or jacket as the climate of the room may vary throughout the day.

Is lunch provided? If not, where do I go for lunch?
Attendees will not be provided lunch. However, there are a number of restaurants within a one a one mile radius of our office.
Will I receive CEU credits for attending class?
Yes! InterDyn Artis is offers CPE credits - one credit for every 50 minutes of class training. Just let your class instructor know that you need a certificate.
Will I have a chance to talk one-on-one with the instructor?
Yes! During the day the class takes two short breaks and the instructors are available to answer any questions you may have. The instructors are also available after class to meet individually with students and answer questions.
What is the cancellation policy?
If notice is received 10 business days prior to the start of the class, a full refund will be provided. If notice is received between 9 business days and 48 hours prior to the start of the class, a 50% refund will be provided. No refund will be given after 48 hours prior to the start of the class.
