Implementation

Our project methodology is founded upon PMI (Project Management Institute - http://www.pmi.org/info/default.asp) principals. All of our project managers have attended PMI training. We have taken the outstanding principals taught at PMI and tailored them for implementations of Microsoft Dynamics products. The result is a streamlined and consistent approach, which facilitates rapid deployment and can be tailored for each client’s specific provisions. Our terminology leaves nothing to the imagination and provides an excellent mechanism for a complete client understanding of phases and tasks.

Further, we have built in all appropriate components to manage risk, responsibility, change control, communication, budget, and timeline. Our methodology is summarized below:
