Class Details 

FRx is a Microsoft Dynamics GP financial report writer. It is used to generate general ledger financial reports. This course covers the basics of building reports: row formats, column layouts, and catalog ID's, reporting trees and how they are used to generate reports for different departments/divisions, etc. based on general ledger account segments. Also, the course covers consolidations, linking to external worksheets and exporting reports.

This is a very hands-on-class. You will go through building each piece of a report twice, and will leave with guidance on how to create other more complex reports.

At Class Completion, You Will Be Able To:

• Create a balance sheet
• Build an income statement
• Generate comparative (budget to actual) statements
• Utilize concepts such as percent of sales, row linking and side by side statements
