Junior Account Executive
Position Summary
nterDyn Artis is the Carolina’s leading Microsoft Dynamics partner. We help people and companies achieve more using Microsoft Dynamics Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. We work with companies of all types including distributors, manufacturers, financial services firms and project based organizations.
The Junior Account Executive is the initial point of contact for InterDyn Artis and will be responsible for responding to inbound inquiries and making outbound calls. The Junior Account Executive will identify leads that meet the budget, authority, need and time-frame criteria for transition to qualified opportunities.
This Junior Account Executive role is an inside sales position and provides the learning opportunities necessary for promotion to a full time outside sales role with our organization within one to two years.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responding to inbound leads generated from referrals, our website and Microsoft
- Outbound calls as part of targeted product and industry campaigns
- Conducting initial discovery calls
- Gathering key qualification data from prospects
- Achieving monthly and quarterly goals for qualified opportunities
- Timely updating of our CRM system
- Continued education on Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM software solutions
- Continued education on the industries we serve
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3 years of inside sales, specifically outbound cold-calling (hunting)
- Understanding of accounting systems and business processes
- Ability to engage quickly with confidence
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Competitive drive and strategic, business development mindset to exceed sales targets
- Hungry and motivated to grow, learn and work your way up through a sales organization
- Ability to shift efforts based upon the needs of the department or business goals
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar CRM experience
