​Class details:
This course will introduce attendees to the core concepts of the Sales module of Dynamics 365. We will discuss basic data entry as well as the Lead to Opportunity Sales process. We will also touch on light reporting needs and basic customization.

Training Class Administrative Policies

Record Retention Policy
 – It is the policy of InterDyn Artis that its attendee records be retained for a minimum of 5 years so long as they are required to be retained by the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy. In furtherance of this policy, InterDyn Artis has adopted the required documentation elements and the following principles and procedures for its Record Retention Program, which shall be strictly observed by InterDyn Artis, its officers, Executive Board and staff members.
  1. The responsibility for administering InterDyn Artis’ Record Retention Program in accordance with this policy is designated to the Marketing Coordinator, who shall have the title of Supervisor of Record Retention. In addition, the Supervisor of Record Retention, with the assistance of Executive Board members and legal counsel, shall be responsible for an annual audit of the program.
  2. Records of participation will be retained for a minimum of 5 years in InterDyn Artis’ Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management system and will be submitted by the Supervisor of Record Retention.
  3. Dates and locations will be retained for a minimum of 5 years in InterDyn Artis’ Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management system and will be submitted by the Supervisor of Record Retention.
  4. Author/instructor, author/developer, and reviewer, as applicable, names and credentials will be retained for a minimum of 5 years in InterDyn Artis’ Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management system and will be submitted by the Supervisor of Record Retention.
  5. Number of CPE credits earned by participants will be retained for a minimum of 5 years in InterDyn Artis’ Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management system and will be submitted by the Supervisor of Record Retention.
  6. Results of program evaluations will be retained for a minimum of 5 years electronically in InterDyn Artis’ SharePoint system, in addition to paper copies securely stored at the offices of InterDyn Artis, and will be submitted by the Supervisor of Record Retention.
  7. Program descriptive materials will be retained for a minimum of 5 years in InterDyn Artis’ SharePoint system, and will be submitted by the Supervisor of Record Retention. Descriptive materials including the program outline, agenda, speaker notes and if applicable, any other documentation that evidences the element of engagement related to course content during each credit of CPE planning.
  8. All records shall be retained for at least the minimum period as stated by the National Association of State Boards or Accountancy. Once the period for office retention of records has passed, a determination will need to be made whether the records shall be kept or archived.
  9. The destruction of records shall be suspended immediately upon receipt of legal process or other notice of pending or foreseeable investigations or litigation, whether government or private. In addition, upon such notice, all of InterDyn Artis’ records shall be secured immediately in order to prevent deliberate destruction of documents. No such suspension of InterDyn Artis’ Record Retention Program shall be lifted except upon the written authorization of legal counsel.
  10. Requests for exemptions from the Program should be submitted to the Executive Director and legal counsel. Exemptions will be given only in accordance with the basic objectives of this Policy Statement.
  11. The Executive Director, with the assistance of legal counsel, shall be responsible for interpreting this Policy Statement for application to specific situations.
Attendance Monitoring Policy – This policy sets out the regulations and processes employed by InterDyn Artis to monitor participant’s attendance during courses. If a participant violates any of the regulations listed below, InterDyn Artis is subject to only award credit for the amount of time spent in the course.
  1. If participants are late, unresponsive, leave early or take unnecessarily long breaks, InterDyn Artis has the right to only award credit for the amount of time spent actively involved in the course, which is to be determined based upon the presenters discretion.
  2. Presenters will monitor the presence of participants based on arrival time, departure time, break time and time spent actively engaged during the course and Elements of Engagement.
In accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, CPE credits have been granted based on a 50-minute hour.

Course Update Policy – It is the policy of InterDyn Artis that all content will be reviewed by qualified persons other than the course developer, in order to assure the online courses are accurate, timely, and consistent with currently accepted standards relating to the pertinent subject matter(s). All InterDyn Artis courses will be reviewed and revised, as appropriate, on an annual basis. During each review, InterDyn Artis staff will check technical accuracy, timeliness, and sufficiency to achieve the stated learning objectives. In addition, course evaluations will be reviewed each quarter to assess program effectiveness, and all appropriate changes will be made that are necessary to enhance online education program effectiveness.

Complaint Resolution Policy – Any complaints regarding InterDyn Artis should be submitted in writing to Supervisor of Record Retention on premises. Our office staff will address any complaint in a timely fashion – within 14 working days. If this is not possible, we will always write to you within one week to provide you with:
  • Why we have not yet resolved your complaint
  • Who is dealing with your complaint
  • When we will contact you again
If your complaint is particularly complicated, it may take longer to resolve. If, together, we cannot reach an agreement by the end of four weeks, we will send you a letter giving our reasons for the delay and an indication of when we expect to provide a resolution. We aim to resolve your complain as quickly as possible and to your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our action or explanation, the member of staff dealing with your complaint will be happy to discuss your concerns further.

Cancellation Policy – Classes are subject to cancellation by InterDyn Artis. Cancellations by InterDyn Artis will be made no later than five business days prior to the start data of the class. InterDyn Artis assumes no responsibility for non-refundable airline tickets or other expenses that may be incurred due to cancellation. If a registered student cancels their confirmed attendance:
  • Up to 10 business days prior to the start date of the offering, 100% of the class fee will be refunded or credited towards a future class. 
  • Student cancellations less than 10 business days prior to start date of the class will result in 100% forfeited class fee.
  • Failure to attend the class without notifying InterDyn Artis will be considered a "No Show" and the entire class fee will be forfeited.​
